BI Success Coach, LLC.
A space to learn and grow as an analytics leader.
Helping others ignite their BI success story.
Heather Hill is a leader and influencer with over 15 years experience in the business intelligence space. She is actively involved in the analytics community as an international speaker, published author, and SAP mentor.
Although a self-proclaimed data junkie, she does find time for other activities. Faith, family, and friends are important to her and she loves planning activities to bring them together. To remain centered, she enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities as well as crafting (right-brain balance). Also, she is obsessed with sticky notes and uses them for everything.... 😍
Heather is an Arizona native so it was only fitting that she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Technological Entrepreneurship and Management from the Fulton School of Engineering at Arizona State University. During her studies, she spent a year in Washington, D.C. at American University studying International Business.
Her degree program allowed her to deep dive into the underpinnings of leadership and technology teams which she applies to her coaching programs today. As an avid reader and researcher, she also integrates winning methodologies from proven thought leaders into her coaching programs.
Heather loves to learn and is currently pursuing her Masters in Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
Heather brings years of hands-on experience with a track record of leading data & analytics teams to build innovative data & analytics solutions as both a consultant and FTE. She has led teams to implement end-to-end BI technology stacks governing multi-million dollar budgets aligned to their analytics strategy including change management, training, user adoption, cloud infrastructure, mobile device management, and more.
She is a SAP Mentor working with SAP executives to align analytics product strategy to customer goals by providing feedback and guidance on new strategies and product releases. Her experience goes beyond SAP as can be seen in the sampling of technology shown below.
Her greatest joy is in helping others grow analytics
user adoption, align business involvement, and create sustainable processes.
Heather applies her passion for delivering business intelligence and analytics programs, enabling winning teams and promoting minority leaders through her coaching solutions.
Her work doesn't stop there, she can also be found traveling around the world sharing her story and helping others by speaking at conferences and events.
In addition, Heather is a published author with
a technical book titled
SAP Business Objects Web Intelligence: The Comprehensive Guide currently in its third edition with Galileo Press.
